You will be asked to share your symptom history and will be asked detailed questions about your problems,

You may then be asked to undress sufficiently to enable a full examination, involving movement and joint assessments and including palpation (touch used for examining) of muscles and tissues,

Your problem will then be diagnosed and your treatment discussed. The treatment is hands-on and will be tailored specifically to you and may include gentle cranial osteopathic techniques, massage, mobilisation and spinal manipulation,

If necessary, and with your permission, your GP may be contacted regarding your care,

Usually you will be asked to return for further treatments or for a check-up.
